1. பொறுப்புத் துறப்பு (Disclaimer)

தமிழ்: இந்த இணையதளத்தில் (SKStudy) வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அனைத்து வினாத்தாள்களும் மற்றும் விடைக் குறிப்புகளும் மாணவர்களின் கல்வி மேம்பாட்டிற்காக மட்டுமே பகிரப்படுகின்றன. இவை ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் மாணவர்களுக்கு உதவும் நோக்குடன் இலவசமாக வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.

இங்குள்ள வினாத்தாள்கள் அனைத்தும் இலங்கை பரீட்சைத் திணைக்களத்தால் (Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka) தயாரிக்கப்பட்டவை. அவற்றுக்கான முழுமையான காப்புரிமை அத்திணைக்களத்தையே சாரும். நாங்கள் அவற்றை ஒரு களஞ்சியமாக (Repository) மட்டுமே தொகுத்துள்ளோம்.

English: All question papers and marking schemes provided on SKStudy are shared strictly for educational purposes. They are provided free of charge to assist teachers and students.

These papers are originally prepared by the **Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka**. All intellectual property rights belong to the Department. SKStudy act only as a platform to organize and access these resources easily.

2. தனியுரிமைக் கொள்கை (Privacy Policy)

தமிழ்: தற்போதைய நிலையில்: SKStudy உங்கள் தனிப்பட்ட அடையாளத் தகவல்களை (பெயர், தொலைபேசி எண் போன்றவை) சேமிப்பதில்லை. உங்களின் 'பிடித்தவை' (Favorites) மற்றும் 'வரலாறு' (History) தரவுகள் உங்களின் இணைய உலாவியில் (Browser's Local Storage) மட்டுமே சேமிக்கப்படும். அவை எங்கள் சேவையகங்களுக்கு (Servers) அனுப்பப்படுவதில்லை.

எதிர்காலத் திட்டங்கள்: எதிர்காலத்தில் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படவுள்ள 'User Accounts' வசதியானது முற்றிலும் மாணவர்களின் விருப்பத்தின் பேரிலேயே (Optional) அமையும். அப்போதும் மின்னஞ்சல் போன்ற தனிப்பட்ட விபரங்களுக்குப் பதிலாக, சுயமாகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படும் Username மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்தப்படும். இது குறித்த மேலதிக விபரங்களுக்கு எதிர்கால அம்சங்கள் பக்கத்தைப் பார்க்கவும்.

English: Current State: SKStudy does not collect or store any personal identifiable information (name, phone number, etc.). Data such as 'Favorites' and 'History' are stored locally on your device (Browser's Local Storage) and are not sent to our servers.

Future Plans: The upcoming 'User Accounts' feature will be entirely optional. Even then, we will prioritize privacy by using non-identifiable Usernames instead of personal emails or phone numbers. For more details, visit the Future Features page.

3. இலாப நோக்கற்ற சேவை (Non-Profit Service)

தமிழ்: இத்தளம் முற்றிலும் இலாப நோக்கற்றது. மாணவர்களுக்குத் தேவையான வளங்களை ஓரிடத்தில் இலகுவாகப் பெற்றுக்கொடுப்பதே எமது ஒரே நோக்கம். இது எந்தவொரு அரச நிறுவனத்துடனும் உத்தியோகபூர்வமாக இணைக்கப்பட்டதல்ல.

English: This platform is entirely non-profit. Our primary goal is to provide students with easy access to educational resources in one place. SKStudy is not officially affiliated with any government department.

4. நீக்கக் கோரிக்கை (Notice and Takedown)

தமிழ்: பதிப்புரிமை பெற்ற வினாத்தாள்கள் அல்லது உள்ளடக்கங்களை அகற்றுவதற்கு அந்தந்த உரிமையாளர்கள் கோரிக்கை வைத்தால், நாங்கள் அவற்றை உடனடியாக பரிசீலித்து 24-72 மணிநேரத்திற்குள் அகற்றுவோம். இதற்காக எமது தொடர்பு கொள்க பக்கத்தை பயன்படுத்தவும்.

We will review and remove the material within 24-72 hours upon verification.

5. பொறுப்பு வரம்பு (Limitation of Liability)

தமிழ்: இந்தத் தளத்தில் உள்ள தகவல்களின் பயன்பாட்டினால் ஏற்படும் நேரடி அல்லது மறைமுக பாதிப்புகளுக்கு SKStudy பொறுப்பு ஏற்காது. இது ஒரு தன்னார்வ இலவச சேவையாகும்.

English: SKStudy shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the information or materials available on this site. This service is provided "as-is" for educational assistance only.
